The Dads Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization, is dedicated to supporting fathers and male caregivers of transgender and gender non-conforming children. Our mission is to provide a safe space, resources, and education to foster understanding, acceptance, and advocacy within families and communities.

Born from the powerful conversations of five fathers featured in the Emmy Award-winning Netflix documentary short, The Dads (directed by Luchina Fisher and executive produced by Dwyane Wade) our foundation continues to grow from the transformative moments in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Our purpose is to foster an inclusive and affirming community where these fathers can find understanding, resources, and connection as they navigate the unique challenges and triumphs while supporting their children in their gender identity journeys.
